Republic Web Hosting

Republic Web Hosting is the consolidated web hosting services brand for Several Companies, Incorporated. In late 2013, Several Companies, Incorportated started transitioning the web hosting portion of it's Several Web Services section into the new brand Republic Web Hosting. 

In September of 2010 Several Companies, Incorporated was formed in the state of Texas and purchased the Republic Web Design company, and branded the web design services as Republic Web Design, but branded all the other services (including web hosting) as Several Web Services.

Republic Web Design started by focusing on designing websites for customers, and offering hosting services as a convience for our customers. However, Republic Web Design quickly started branching into the Search Engine Optimization services, and at the same time, high-end business class hosting services became a more dominate position of the business. 

When Promethean Computers went out of business in 2005-2006 due to the changes in the computer repair and on-site services market, the web design and hosting portions of the business were transfered to a new company, which took the name of Republic Web Design (and had to re-register the domain names associated with it).

Promethean Computers was founded in August of 2000 as a general partnership, and marketed web hosting as ePro ISP and web design as Republic Web Design.
